By far some of the most wonderful people to get a car through. I’ve never gone anywhere else because their service has exceeded/gone beyond everything I’ve ever experienced. They are Genuine and care about their customers for real. I was having issues with my car and Chris/Steve/Tyler etc walked me through all options and helped me find the best help for me and my car. Not to mention, EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! ud83dudc9cud83dudc9cThey make sure your taken care of, for example, my car died leaving the shop. They came all the way back over to make sure everything was okay and to give my car a jump. Another separate occasion was recently I had some more issues with my Kia Soul and they managed to PAY for my deductible after I had a troublesome weekend. Very nice people. Very clean business. Coffee machine was clean. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic everyone was wearing masks which I appreciated. Having an Autoimmune disease I am susceptible. ❤

Cole in the service department was suuuppperr helpful. He had my remote start installed within an hour, was very communicative, and took the time to teach me how to use it. He made sure I practiced with the remote and didn't have any other questions or service requests before I left. I had some issues with the service department here in the past, but they seemed to have new people on the team that are killing it

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Especially I would like remark Tyler Brush, Service Advisor. He was always very knowledgeable and kind and helped me find just what I was looking for or more affordable way to fix my car. He was patient in answering all my questions, although my English is not that great. Yesterday, I felt something was wrong with my car, so I got my car to KIA Columbia. Tyler Brush took great care of me, but I couldn't really understand what was going on there because of my shabby English. He immediately noticed my confusion and made a video to show me what they had found on my vehicle and even emailed it to me. He made it a comfortable and great experience, and I'm very happy with my visit. I will carry on use your service centre in case if with my vehicle will be something wrong.

Cole Moore has Great Customer service. He contacted us regularly with the status of our Kia Sportage. He also explain to us what exactly was wrong with the Kia engine and whst parts were ordered and replaced, with a timeliness if completion. He provided Great Customer Service. We are happy with Kia to honor the expenses of engin replacement.
