I bought a car this past weekend and I had an excellent experience. The salesman was great to work with, not pushy, and matter of fact but fair in negotiations. I was able to secure financing for the vehicle at a great rate and was sold on a CNA National warranty that is quite comprehensive. I was offered multiple options by the finance manager and was asked the right questions during the application that allowed me to qualify for special pricing which is greatly appreciated. Finally, I live four hours away from this dealership and they included the cost of delivery in what I felt was a very reasonable final price. I had a great buying experience for a car with a selling price of $8300 at a dealership with $100,000+ cars on the lot. I would absolutely buy a vehicle here again and I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Have been looking at used GL450s and 550s here for a while. They have a nice in inventory!nnWe actually stopped in today and looked at and drove a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLS 450. We spoke for a long time to a Sales Associate named Graham. He is a wonderful person and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles there. We would deal with him anytime! HE IS NOT PUSHY! Answered all of our questions. We then spoke with the sales manager Scott. Wonderful man. Supremely nice and accomodating. We did not buy anything today. But these people are very good at their jobs!

**** See update below-nnI honestly hoped to write a “stellar” review as Scott Calhoun acting on behalf of the Drewing family promised me they would fix my daughter’s car.nThey did not.nn12.21.2019 I bought my daughter and granddaughter *(5 mos) a Ford Escape 2014 with 80,125 miles on it. I was assured by Steve Rennell’s that a major check had been done on the car and there are not major issues at all. And, that the Drewings stand behind their family name and would fix or make it right if any issues came up.nnBought the car 12.21.2019nnGave it to my daughter/granddaughter 12.25.2019nnCar broke down 12.26.2019nnFixed it, they barely made it to MississippinnStranded my daughter and 5 mo. old grand daughter on a highway in MS 3 times.nnI have had over 53 contacts in person, by email, and by text with Scott Calhoun who is acting on behalf of the Drewing family.nnMr. Calhoun did approve repairs to be made at a shop in MS where my daughter lives.nn4.9.2020 The car is still sitting at a mechanic’s shop, torn apart, not moved to date.nnI trusted the Drewings and wanted to buy “hometown”. I’m out a lot of money and my daughter still does not have a car.nn***UPDATE to the review-nnI am happy to report that this issue has been resolved.nnAs of this morning, April 15, 2020, this problem has been solved.nnPre-Owned of Columbia; Owner, Rusty Drewing; Manager, Scott Calhoun; and Sales Rep: Paula Chapman were instrumental in ensuring that my daughter received a comparable car in place of the problem car.nnThank you so much!!
