My husband and I found ourselves once again heading 2hrs away from our home in Springfield, MO to get a better deal when wanting to trade our car out. The used car we set out after did not meet our expectations and we briefly felt like we had wasted our time. However, with the combination of Gerry Smith helping us find the perfect vehicle and Jonathan Altamirano giving us an amazing deal, we were able to leave behind our 2011 Ford Edge(that was also purchased at Joe Machens) and drove away in a brand new 2020 Edge Titanium. We absolutely love it! We are amazed at how much better the new Edge is compared to the 2011 we’ve been quite happy with.

The service team at Machens is great. Not only did they set me up in a loaner when I needed warranty work done, but accommodated me with a larger loaner when I needed something with extra space for a family trip. The team is fast, professional, and the only ones I would take your vehicle to if you want it done right.
Cameron was very helpful and diligent in getting my fiancé and I both into vehicles. He was able to find vehicles that suited our needs and budget. All while doing so in a pressure free environment. Also thanks to every one else involved in the process they were all very helpful.
