The only complaint is to fix the microphone outside. Hard to hear me. Otherwise Im a regular customer and go there a lot. Most everyone knows me and knows my drinks I get. I love my baristas. The atmosphere is nice. Everyone is wonderful.

I waited for my drink for 45 MINUTES! My friend, who was driving, is now missing lunch because she has to get to work. We were told the drink would be ready in 17-20 minutes (& that was when we were still driving to the store).nI get that places are understaffed right now and super busy, but this Starbucks always takes way more time than they say. If this was a one time thing I would understand it, but this has been a consistent problem for months.

Sat in drive-through line 40 min at Nifong location on 10/24/20. Drivers were cutting, and trying to cut, in line. Traffic was backed up behind us to the light at Nifong at one point. I called Starbucks from the line and asked why it was so slow. I was told they were very busy. That was not true as the line was barely moving. I told the woman who answered that traffic was backing up and people were getting angry. She hung up. I then decided that these Starbucks’ employees have no respect for the customers, and then left without ever making it to the speaker to order. I will not ever go back to this Starbucks.

Always try to give the benefit of doubt but by far, this is the SLOWEST Starbucks in town for drive thru. I really try to avoid it because doesn't matter if it's the morning or afternoon, the line takes forever. I waited in it over 20 mins to just put an order in. If I wasn't determined to have a coffee, would've definitely have left the line. Pretty much decided to just drive either to the one on Broadway or Conley for one from now on.
