The owner is awesome. He really cares about the security of his customers' property. In fact, he's recently increased security measures.
This is the only storage facility I rent from in Columbia. I always recommend them. This is the second time i have rented a unit from them. Each time I have never had an issue. They are very friendly and accommodating. They always answer any questions or concerns I have right then. I never have an issue getting in contact with them. They make sure to get you into the right unit for your belongings and are reasonably priced. They are very well kempt, accessible, and convenient. They are friendly and always willing to work with you.
I have had a wonderful experience renting from LLL Mini Storage. Denise has been absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. The facility is nice and well kept and in a good location. I would highly recommend them!
Good location easy to get to. Woman names Dennis got me a locker very fast. So far so good!
I like the service you get if there is ever a situation with your unit. A couple of years ago, I was contacted by Triple L because my unit had been broken into and they automatically informed me and I was able to take care of my unit and ensure that possessions stayed safe and sound.
