Ordered 2 sandwiches one with no mayo one with no tomato... was ask 4 times at the order box about my sandwich order and then again at the window only to get home and have the wrong order. I was the only one in line.. I'm pretty sure sure the guy who took my order was high as a kite. Since this location quit delivering to my house ill try another in town. Good luck

Ordered $22 worth of food for my husband and I. Food was smashed down in one bag so I asked if I could have a paper jj lunch box. They were stacked up on a table. The manger told me I could not have one because there are only for certain sandwiches. Which is probably true but I didn't understand why she refused to give me a throw-away box being as though I am a paying customer. We were driving and eating so I just wanted to box the food separate in the car. The supervisor says her name is Phalonda but the receipt says Leslie. The sandwiches didn't have any of the condiments that are advertised for that particular sandwich. Not a very good experience. Plus the supervisor was scolding the staff in front of customers about answering the telephone which is ALWAYS unprofessional.

Went through the drive through about 6:50 pm. The 3 workers I saw had masks but the guy at the window had his nose sticking out. Another one had it hanging off his ear. The other one had it around his neck. Glad it didn’t go inside to pick up my food!

This store's employees are blatently rude, obviously inconvenienced by customers, and the service times are of no concern to them...for the THIRD time now. This used to be a great JJ's. Hopefully it will return to its former glory.

I don't know if this location experiences a lot of turn over or something, but it seems like there are usually new people working the drive through. So they often forget to read back the order, confirm price at the window, and other small things. So I'd say just double check your order. If they do mess up though, they're pretty nice about fixing it. I just have to wonder if something more should be done on management's part to train people to do things right and faster. Probably just got high standards though because I used to work at a Jimmy John's back in the day and our manager would literally pull out a stop watch during lunch rush.
