Great customer service. The process to purchase took much longer than I anticipated, but went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Keith, my salesman, went above and beyond, as did Becky and Jeff, the GM. Great crew to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. Very clean dealership.

Recently purchased a new 2021 Palisade from Joe Machens. Complete process from price negotiations to vehicle selection, document signing was handled on line. Daniel O'Brien was great and very easy to work with. Complete process was quick. I live 2 hrs from dealership so Daniel delivered the car to my home. I never once went to the dealership. Great experience. I would repeat again if I needed another vehicle.
