Top notch experience! My salesman was very polite, communicated consistently and was willing to make themself available for what worked best with my schedule! Nothing felt pressured about the entire buying experience and they went as far as possible to try and work out an acceptable deal that worked best for my budget! Will be returning to purchase again if another car is needed in the future!
After a terrible car buying experience at Joe Machens Mazda dealership I took my Jeep Renegade over to the Chrysler dealership to have it looked at for a power train issue. Chris the service advisor I was dealing with was super personable and I was awesome at keeping my in the loop of what was going on. Truly a 180 degree turn around. Danny, Travis and Doug took excellent care of us! In less than 72 hours, they located a vehicle, brought it in to the dealership, addressed needed concerns and had everything ready to sign when we arrived.
