I purchased a 2005 Envoy from them in April of 2017 for a very reasonable price outright. Two days later the manifold went out. I called and explained the situation and they were there immediately to tow my Envoy from Fayette back to Columbia and fixed it at no cost despite the fact that I did not purchase the warranty and simply paid cash for the truck... That Envoy would still be on the road today had it not been wrecked and since they have had my back from day one, I am heading back to Royal Motors to look for my next car.

There is no customer parking, never looks open, bad location for business. Anyway an older lady was parking lot monitoring and was making sure no one was on the property if they wasn't buying a car. She was rude and clear about that. So I began to ask about the cars and asked if I could get a business card, she replied with attitude and was dismissive, never got a business card. I'm not even sure she works there. Doesn't matter the business, if your getting business or not, good representation with your customers brings business. Your lose not ours.

I Wish I Could Rate Them A Zero/No Star. I Bought A Car From Them Not Even A Day Later It Stop Working, I Took It Back To Get Worked On. Steve Works There Said He Will Fix It. My Car Sat There Every Time I Picked My Car Up It Would Mess Up The Same Day Every Week My Car Was Down At The Shop . I Could Not Get A hold Of Steve He Would Ignore My Calls I Had To Call Blocked Moral Of The Story. He Tried To Get More Money Out Of Me To Fix My Car. Which I Was Willing To But The More He Lied About Prices On The Car And Don't Answer My Calls The More Fustrasted The Situation Got. Steve Will Not Give Me My Money Back Or Fix It. I Highly Recommand Do Not Buy From Royal Motors.
