We fell in love with TV and there very nice
I had a very good experience with Gander RV & Outdoors in Columbia. Our sales rep, Amy, was very patient and helpful. The finance guy, Clint, was very nice, professional and helpful. Matt, the tech, who gave us a walk through was top-notch. They need to make sure and do what they can to keep him.nnThe only negative thing about our experience, which is why I can’t give them a 5 star rating, is the lack of help after the sale. They pulled the camper around to the front of the store and I was left to myself to hook up and drive away. I was thinking that I would pull to the bay where the trailer was parked and someone would assist me with hookup, or at least offer to help. Or someone could have met me out front and said “Okay Mr Duncan your camper is ready to go, do you need some assistance?” Other than that, we got the camper we wanted for the price we wanted without you much trouble.
Great place and very helpful people. Everyone was very nice and was eager to help. The sales lady Amy was awesome and showed me a few toy haulers and was very helpful. Couldn't be happier. Got a lot of great stuff for my trip this weekend. Thanks!
