They've been really good to work with.
We stored our entire home in a unit for 13 months while building. When we moved our stuff from the unit we discovered the majority of our furniture had been destroyed by mold. When brought to the owners/mangers attention, they claimed they would investigate. After two months, the owners and manager had finally decided that this was some how caused by us and were not going to render any help. We hauled over $3000 in furniture to the dump, paid over $1200 in storage fees, and had to replace all our furniture. We believe the mold was caused by moisture inside the unit. Some of the photos will show hard water marks on the floor. Regardless, we are not sharing our story to say this will happen to you, I do believe could have been rare occasion but we want to make people aware of what can happen when storing your things at this facility.
