Rented a unit signed the contract. 3 months later go to move my belongings out and their roof had been leaking the entire time had mold on my furniture ruined alot of my clothes rusted alot of my furniture. Ask for them to replace my item they said it was my problem because the contract said I was responsible for my items. However it wasn't my fault their roof leaked. They claimed no responsiblityr. Ask for my deposit back took over 2 weeks to get $ 20 check and when I did receive it they spelled my first name wrong and put a H in place of a W in my last name which made the check usless to me had to send it back and now waiting for a check with my correct name. They have the contract why couldn't they at least get my name right. I will never rent from them again. I have video and pictures to prove all this.
