I usually do not like dealing with car dealerships. I am 60 years old and this is the best experience I have ever had. Jeff Trankler was friendly, informative, and put no pressure on me to purchase. All people I met at the dealership we very friendly. I have bought my previous 2 trucks from the same person at the same dealership in Illinois and thought that was the best ford dealership. No longer, Luetsville Ford is my dealership now and will have my service done there and will purchase my next vehicles there.nThank you Jeff and the team there. Love my new 2020 F-150 .nnDan Engel

They are very friendly and accommodating . They went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we were looking for and to help us with the process. I felt like I had known them for years when I had only met them once. They are all very wonderful and take great care of their customers.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lutesville Ford and my salesman, Randy!! I live 2 hours away in Illinois and Randy told me everything about the car I was interested in as well as took information and pictures for my trade-in and made the deal easy over the phone so I could make sure it was worth the drive. When I arrived (10 minutes before close) Randy was there to greet me with my car ready to go. I took a test drive, signed some paperwork and drove my new car home! I am soooo in love with my new (to me) car and left very pleased with my whole experience! There was never any pressure, everyone was informative and helpful! Highly recommend!!

Drove two and a half hours to Lutesville ford Saturday to pick up my dads f-150. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The truck was fairly priced and was just as it was described. Nick and Roger were both very friendly and helpful. Liked that it was a small town family dealership. The only negative thing that I could say about the experience is that you would of thought they would of given us a full tank of gas with the purchase. Truck only had about a quarter tank and we had to drive it home two and a half hours.

I was searching for a truck for my dad and after weeks of not having luck in my state, I decided to look out of state. I found the perfect Ford F-150 and it had everything that my dad requested. The price was very competitive. Brandon worked our entire deal over the phone. He was very professional and so easy to work with. He drove almost 2 hours to meet us with the truck. We were extremely satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend Brandon.
