I bought a car from Maples today, and it was an amazing experience. Jeremy is a salesman there and made the process very stress free and easy for me. I didn’t get the impression at all that he was pushing me into something I didn’t want like a lot of car salesman do. He was super friendly, and I won’t be going anywhere else. He told me several times when I was unsure that if it wasn’t what I wanted, he would find what I wanted. I strongly recommend going to Maples and asking for him by name with your next purchase. You won’t regret it.
I haven't personally had the chance to make a purchase quite yet- but after speaking with the staff about various issues and questions pertaining to new and used vehicles, I know where my money will be spent.nI guarantee you won't find a more honest and genuine group of people who truly treat and make you part of the Maples Ford family.nIt would be a mistake on anyone's part to not at least consider checking this place out before making a commitment at a conventional car dealer. You will not be disappointed!! Ask for Jeremy if he is available- an outstanding person to talk to- without the car salesman vibe.
Maples Ford Dealership hands down is the Ford dealership to go to. The small town feel, the attention to details, the no pressure into buying, and the excellent customer service. When I went to go look for a truck there he did not stop until he found my truck or something very close to it. All the employees there are excellent at there jobs but Jeremy Silvey is awesome. He made sure I had everything I wanted in my truck and made sure I was comfortable with my decision before even considering about sales or anything else. I mean I can go on and on how great they are but you will have to experience it yourself to see and feel what I've personally experienced.
We limped our 2019 Lincoln Nautilus into the garage without an appointment. They read the multiple codes right away and told us we could drive it home OK. We were there for maybe half an hour. Everyone was so nice. The new gal in the service area took us into the air conditioned show room while we waited. Thank you!
Jeremy is the best, no pressure, no gimmicks, he tries to help you find what best suits your needs and affordability. He is a rare sales man that actually listens and tries to help you find what you need, not just make another sale. I recommend him to everyone.
