Well kept, lots of walnut trees. New owners have plans to improve as a year round park.
No the people are not nice at all thay are very rude and thay profile. So if you are in need of help to get cheap lodging stay away from Deerest camppark
Be sure not to call on Sunday morning as it’s church time and owner very rude!
Nice pretty quiet little camp ground. Not far from main part of town. Store near by. But watch for small signs or you will miss the entrance. Little fishing lake area. No boat ramp.
Small area. Well maintained. Small lake area for fishing. Restrooms and showers are very clean. Most of its shaded. Near a grocery store. You will almost miss it. The sign is small and it sits behind some businesses. Very enjoyable visit
