I give a 0 if I could. The manager Hannah must have some kind of serious mental issues to throw such a fit over a small $7.44 personal pizza. First the small pizza was undercooked so when I went back to complain I asked what the store number was and Hannah pretty much yells at me with extreme attitude mind you I was not speaking with Hannah she was in the background. She then proceeded to tell me that if there was going to be a problem I can leave. The only problem Hannah was you. I was not rude in any manner, was respectful and speaking in normal tone, unlike you. I conduct myself very professionally, unlike you. I do not think Hannah is a good fit for the manager position of the store for her customer relations skills suffer severely. I requested a refund for my $7.44, they threw away the old pizza and the pizza they were making for me I’m sure was thrown away as well. I’m sorry Hannah you’re not happy with your career choice, but you should not take it out on customers who are just trying to eat. I will never forget the rude behavior I experienced at this Pizza Hut.

Pizza is good but the service is horrible. Pizza brought to the table without napkins or utensils until I asked. After food was brought to the table, never saw server again. Went to counter to pay and she walked off to the to go warmer, touched a few boxes and came back. Didn't even know I was her customer and wantedto check out. Mind you, only 5 people in the entire joint and two were picking up to go orders. Trying to pay is another fiasco. Couldn't print my receipt, turned around during my pay process to pull food out of the oven, play with her mask, hair and necklace. Manager called over for a discussion on why nothing is printing and where she got the printer paper. Mind you, his mask is under his beard. She goes on to tell him another printer would not print and he proceeded to load paper in the second printer... meanwhile I'm still waiting for my bill and receipt. I could have walked out and they wouldn't have known any different... maybe next time

Enjoyed a nice sit down meal. Server was very attentive.

The staff there was super cool, I mean you couldn't find a finer group of young adults! Oh yeah and the pizza was delicious!!ud83dudd25ud83dudd25ud83dudd25ud83dudcafud83eudd18ud83eudd18ud83eudd18
