When I come to pearl motor company.I make appointment they quickly try to squeeze me right in.They really have very nice people that work up there.They are like family.

The service date referred to in this Dealership Satisfaction Survey is the 5th service appointment made to resolve and correct the exact same issue since August 2020. This 5th service appointment involved a Field Engineer based in Alton, IL which seems to have rectified the problem after 4 previous attempts by the Pearl Motor Company Service Team and Pearl Service Manager. PLEASE NOTE: The Pearl Motor Company Service Techs and Service Manager are not properly trained on maintaining and servicing the Infotainment System and Computer Related Equipment on my GMC 2020 Acadia Denali. In every previous service appointment the Pearl Service Manager, Tony Fowler, referred my car and its related issues to a Car Salesman, Chris Lewis to attempt to resolve for them as they did not know what they were doing. Obviously, training is badly deficient and resulted in my needing to come back to the Pearl Motor Company Dealership 5 times before the problem was correctly diagnosed and hopefully resolved resulting in serious inconvenience to ME, the customer, when it should have been resolved and repaired on the first visit. This directly reflects back on the Pearl Motor Company Dealership, it's management and in particular its Service Department and specifically, its Service Manager, Tony Fowler, who is referring service issues to a friend in the New Car Sales Department when the Service Manager himself is being paid to resolve these issues!

They were able to get me scheduled in a timely manner and completed everything I asked!

Quick and easy, just like always. Everybody from the techs to the office staff was friendly and helpful. There is definitely a reason why I take all of my vehicles to Pearl.

Very courteous, they had someone take me where I needed to go and pick me up when I was done.
