I had a wonderful experience with the service department yesterday. I just purchased my car last Saturday and on my way home from Kansas City it started missing and cutting out and the engine light came on. I called and spoke with Josh, he was so helpful and encouraging that he would get it right in as soon as I arrived. I will not go anywhere else to have my cars worked on. Excellent customer service and fast too!
Had transmission problems and got very quick results and the problem resolved
I don’t often buy from car dealers, but they were great at Victory. Lou was great and worked hard to get me into a different vehicle. Everyone was helpful and it was a very pleasant experience. They have a good selection and the staff are all very helpful.
It was great! Jason Shelkop is an awesome salesman! He explained all the amazing features in my 2021 Equinox. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and some questions twice!
