Once you are a few days late they are quick to change the locks, also they have recently upped their prices. Still they are one of the cheapest places to go to for storage here in town. The workers themselves are very friendly and respectful.
So I went up to my unit after literally 3 weeks ago paying for it. And my unit is locked. Well I accidentally put medication in there that I need. I called and called the office ended up calling PJ which he was very helpful gave me the number to call to get ahold of someone. Finally got ahold of someone and since it’s February the unit is locked because I haven’t paid it yet. Honestly thought it was a monthly thing and since I only paid three weeks ago I thought I would be good but whatever so now the medication that I NEED is locked in there and they wouldn’t even let me get in to get it because I can’t even pay today because they’re closed but on the website it says I can access my stuff 7 days a week.
They just want to keep your personal memories.

These people are a joke you pay them on time and they still lock you out always claiming its a mistake
