Cheated my mom. She took her vehicle in for a state inspection. No other service was mentioned, asked for. That cost her $57, money she doesn't have.nnThey took the liberty of diagnosing her OBDII code, something any auto parts store does for free, something we could have done ourselves. I understand that the check engine light could indicate something that would fail the vehicle on the state inspection, but that doesn't give them the right to charge an extra $45 to do something that wasn't asked. The vehicle was failed on a completely unrelated inspection point, so it did no good to check the code.nnThese people are crooks. Do not give them your business.

They put a new engine in my car. Picked it up Friday at 5:30 and was broke down by 6 because they didn't put an oil cap on...got that taken care of then TWO days later it leaves us sitting with a blown radiator hose...not very sufficient work. Very careless for the amount of money they got paid!
