DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO BE OPEN EVEN IF THE HOURS SAY THEY ARE! This is the second time this has happened to me at this location!! I pulled up in line like usual and I sat waiting in line for 20 minutes. Pulled up to order and no one was there, I was patient as I figured they were just busy. After a few minutes I pulled up to the window and saw that NO ONE was there!! I asked the other Starbucks in town and they said they decided to not open unitl 10:00AM. I would not be bothered by this if they simply would have made people aware by simply put a sign in the drive thru so people did not waste their time waiting for nothing. As for the staff that is usually there they are EXCEPTIONAL! They have always been super kind, and professional! Just be aware that you might waste your time if they randomly decide not to open on their listed hours again!

Put in my mobile order and then had to wait in the drive thru line for almost an hour. It would've been fine had they made our drinks fresh, we both got our frappucinos half melted with the whipped cream melted too. The only reason I didn't give it a one star is because the staff was nice and apologized about the wait.

So while there is never any issue with the quality of the drinks, there is an issue with the timelines. If you do not have 20 minutes to spare I would not use this location. Even 50% of the time when I order ahead they do not start my order till after I get there. Today I placed my mobile order at 05:31 and it was not ready until 05:52.nSo either order 25-30 minutes in advance or be prepared to wait.

Always great to have a Starbucks. They were wearing masks. No gloves and hand touching each cup. Unlike kc the cup gets touched by one person barista then passed in coffee cup to customers. I think its safer.

Most of the time I love this location. But OMG THIS LAST EXPERIENCE was absolutely INSANE. I had to wait for almost 40 minutes, and you HAVE to wait because you get STUCK if you're going thru the drive thru and there's no way out. It made me LATE TO MY MEETING FOR MY NEW PROJECT. Literally the FIRST meeting. I'm completely irate. And my frap was MELTED by the time I got there. Absolutely awful experience. Y'all need to get yourselves together. I've been in the food industry too. It's not that hard.
