We were hoping to have our favorite drinks while sitting inside but there was no indoor seating at this location. We opted to sit outside and the weather made for a pleasant experience. The drinks were good as usual.
I tried the new orange cranberry scone and was disappointed. It was a bit dry and the orange was barely discernable.
Decent overall experience.
Picking up drinks
We always stop in for triple espressos with cinnamon and 2 splenda. Staff is extremely pleasant and very fast never much of a wait no matter how busy they are.
First time visit at this location. Starbucks was efficient, clean, comfortable and welcoming. My order was a walk in, which was fast considering there was a handful of customers waiting for there orders ahead of me. Noted the drive thru queue had ten vehicles. However, the line seemed the be moving steadily. Employees were respectful, polite and efficient. Great experience.
I experienced service today that was subpar because of the lack of training and assistance the counter staff had . Whoever manages this store is really dripping the ball and putting too much stress on their employees. No one wins and it makes for a really difficult work place . I paid for my apple cider and after continuing to see the barista struggle alone I asked for a refund , the gal was obviously stressed out and didn’t know how to process it and didn’t offer to go get a manager . A manager should have been there helping them , they were “ in the weeds “ with pick up orders . It’s really sad to see people stressed out so badly at the workplace .
I paid 4.50 and left without ever getting my drink . Really hope someone in the Starbucks company can read this and help this struggling store .
