High Plains Camping

Good overnight stop off I-70. It was nice and quiet. The Pub had a very very nice dinner to offer. I got the Ribeye and my wife got the Crab Cakes!! The pub was a pleasant surprise. The RV hookups were nice and easy to get to and the sites were well kept. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of all the sticker weeds. We spent an hour pulling those stickers thorns from our carpet/rugs and our dogs paws.....maybe it was just from our site. Overall very nice place and easy to get to.

Only needed a one night stop over. Will not stay there again. Will not recommend them. The 1-3 star reviews are comparable to our experience with you and your campground. Instead, next time we will go where we had a wonderful experience. See my review of Creek Side Resort in Hays.

This was the worst RV park we have ever stayed in. False advertising. Run, don't stop!nNo, I don't have pets. I was a guest of someone else. I observe and tell it as I see it.nYour park might have been nice 30 years ago.

Looking forward to seeing you guys October 28. This will be our fourth time staying. We have enjoyed our visit and the restaurant. Sometimes we just can’t please everyone. Looking forward to a great dinner ud83eudd58

Very disappointed in this campground. The amount of stickers on this property are shocking. I assure you that you will spend more time picking stickers out of your pets feet than you will enjoying this place. In order to get to the dog park you must first cross a field full of stickers. Strongly recommend people to think twice if traveling with pets.
