PLEASE READ THIS!nHere is the whole story.nMy transmission on my semitruck broke. On Friday they told me they will take a look on Saturday. On Saturday they told me they will take a look on Monday.On Monday they told me they are booked till Wednesday. I had an spare transmission in Chicago. So another truck driver helped me to get to Denver to rent a pickup truck. On Monday around 3 pm I drove that pickup truck to Chicago, slept 5 hours, 1000 miles. Got the transmission and drove it back to Kansas. 850 miles. Slept another 5 hours. On Wednesday morning I was here in ks with the transmission. Left it here and they told me that the will start working on it. I drove the pickup truck back to Denver. Took a bus and arrived here at 1 am. On Thursday morning I was at the shop first thing in the morning and the haven't touched my truck yet. On Friday they took the transmission out and told me the will work on Saturday. On Saturday the worked 2 hours and disappeared. Later they answered the phone and told me they will work on it on Sunday. Of course on Sunday nobody was there. On Monday they finally installed the transmission. It was 6 pm. They messed up my exhaust and also (but this one is a 50/50 mistake) they haven't run the numbers from the transmission that I brought, so I ended up driving with only 53 mph all the way to California to do the same work again.

Mechanics know their stuff on heavy duty repairs for Semi Trucks and cars. They have a 24/7 towing service and are swift at doing it. Just a heads up that they are high in price but have quality work.

I was driving through Sharon Springs, KS when I had to stop to...ya know! Welp, I got out and as habit locked my door. Bad idea. I'm driving a loaner rig for my company. Come to find out there is no spare hidden (as there is suppose to be at all times for these bonehead just in case moments). I called my company, which in turn called S & M Repair. I was quoted 3 hours by my company. Yikes! So later I get a call from S & M saying they be here in roughly 30 minutes. My Heroes!!! When they arrived, it took maybe 15 minutes. I asked how much the damage was and they reminded me that my company paid for the job. With 30 min being better than 3 hours I had to give a tip. I tried to give it to the guy but he kept refusing it, so I handed it to his son and told them thanks for saving my @$$!

Seth and Drew did an awesome job! Very professional and courteous guys worked with us after hours diagnose the problem and get us back on the road would highly recommend especially for emergency RV service! Thank ya'll
