KFC

The chicken was old. Had to wait 35 minutes to have sweet tea made because they didnt have soda either. I sat in the dining area listening to the orders going out and they were telling ppl to come back in 20 minutes because they had to drop chicken. So.....moral to my story is that this kfc didnt have anything made fresh. Not sure why the doors would even be unlocked if they had nothing to offer!

The manager Max at the Liberal store and his team today provided customer service that has exceeded so many other fast food establishments lately. Going above and beyond to provide, very refreshing. Thank you Max and team

The staff there are friendly. The manager went above and beyond her call. (Didn't catch her name from the drive-thru.) Very pleased with food and service! Keep up the amazing work, crew!

Husband says there is not much verity anymore. You don't get to pick your own sides and after driving 30 miles the mash potatoes and gravy was not very good.
