I am very dissatisfied with the job that was done. My son was involved in an accident caused by a truck driver. The driver fought his citation written by a city police officer. This law firm represents the city and they subpoenaed my son. Nobody from this law firm ever tried to contact my son in advance to talk to him about the wreck, nor did they contact him to explain how the court system works. Yes, he is a minor until he turns 18. They did not ask where he was when he was filling out his report. He happened to be in the driver's seat and when turned and looked back the damage happened to be on his right side. Depending on how you look at a vehicle the driver's side could either be on a person's right or their left. They did not ask the truck driver or his supposed witness why neither of them called 911 to report the accident. The police photos were not used in court. This law firm did nothing to prove the truck driver responsible for the wreck. I showed up to the scene of the accident and they never bothered to contact me either. If a supposed witness that was never at the scene of the wreck can be trusted why can't somebody who did show up at the scene and stayed there until the police were done? I suggest that a deeper investigation be done any time a person is claiming to not be responsible for a wreck. Send somebody to again question the people involved in the wreck and any others that show up to the scene. There were many officers and only one of the many was questioned. They could attest to where the vehicles were sitting when they arrived. The person that took the photos could have been subpoenaed.nIf you ever need an attorney to help you, find somebody that is willing to do a deeper investigation.nn(Freedom of speech)
