I think they treated me fairly. It was my first time doing business with them. I didn't feel it was necessary to haggle with them, I felt like they gave me a fair price from the beginning. I haven't had to deal with any service requests at this time but overall purchase experience was good.
My dad took his razor into Sniders approximately two months ago to have it worked on. He went into the Liberal store to check the status three weeks ago and they told him it was in Spearman Texas and the manager gave him a business card to call down there to check on it. When dad called Spearman Texas store they told him that they were working on it and there was no timetable on when it was going to be done. So yesterday 2-27-20, he decided to drive down to Spearman and pick it up whether it was done or not. When he arrived down to the Spearman Texas store they advised him that it was not there and it was in Liberal Kansas, they actually never received the razor in Spearman Texas so my dad called up to Liberal and the manager told him he must’ve misunderstood. My dad drove up to Liberal from Spearman and found the razor to be sitting outside where it had been sitting for over two months and the manager was nowhere to be found, loaded the razor and left. Not good business practices. Needless to say he will not be doing business there again. He was lied to in Liberal Multiple times and he was lied to down in Spearman.
Tried to be helpful but they don’t really keep parts on hand to fix or work on things.
