I had some problems with a vehicle of mine that I didn't have so much time to take care of on my own during the time I used this place. Poor decision on my part. A 2nd opinion told me that the alignment in the rear was never right both times it was done by this place. I lost two sets of tires due to this and this place won't compensate for at least one set. And after all they did to my alignment and suspension, the alignment is still bad. And after looking myself, the torque mount is bad on the passenger side which will cause the wheel to pull right, out of alignment. This place told me I had more than two motor mounts bad at one point because the motor shifted a little when putting in gear, they never even VISUALLY CONFIRMED any were bad before telling me they all needed replaced......it is just the torque mount..... And ever since I had them replace the cv axels (which I am not so certain they needed replaced now) my car has metal to metal hit when turning a certain direction or hitting bigger bumps and dips. Overall, I gave this place a little over, hard earned, $2000 to do all this work just to still have the same problems I am having, and no refund or warranty work that should be completely taken care of. Don't take your vehicle here for anything other than flats and oil changes, trust me, it's all an act to what they think they know. Do some research yourself before going anywhere, some of these repairs or stupidly easy and will save you hundreds, especially if you order parts online....so much cheaper and same quality.

I went to another shop and they balanced my tired. Well it did the same horrible vibration so I called safety lane. They got me in tight away and all my tires got balanced again. They are wonderful people and care about safety. I highly recommend them.
