Drove 3 hours to look at a truck. Salesman told me it was in great shape!! No issues. Got there and the 3 year old $42,000 truck had more rock chips on it then I have ever seen on a vehicle. almost to the point of needing to be repainted Complete waste of my time!!!!!!!!!!! Would definitely not recommend
This 5 star rating is mostly for Trevor. I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from Rides. On my way home, the AC did not work. I contacted Trevor and was told to take it in to any shop for an estimate. Well.. the fix was almost $1100! At that point I was informed that the vehicle was sold on consignment and the previous owners would have to cover the bill. As you can imagine, neither the previous owners nor Rides wanted to pay that bill. It took several days for the payment to be worked out and meanwhile my new vehicle sat up at the shop, which was disappointing. However, Trevor was amazing through this process. He responded by text message almost immediately after I would text my concerns. He kept me updated and calmed me down when I was upset about the situation. I would DEFINATELY recommend working with Trevor at Rides.

Working with Sheldon was a great buying experience! He is very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to talk to. I appreciated all of the information he was able to provide about the different vehicles we were looking at; and his no pressure sales approach was what really won me over! Very nice people! But I will say, make sure they see your vehicle before you decide to sign loan documents for a trade in. I wasn’t very impressed by the way they tried to lower my trade in value after agreeing to a higher “low ball” offer. I drove 4 hours and I do not regret it, Ryan was a great to work with and I do think I will buy from them again. I’ll just make sure they have a chance to get a hands on experience with my future trade in!
