I’ve used H&R Block for 20+ years in many locations and this is bye far the worst experience. If you want to be robbed out of your refund this is the place to go rates are higher then any other HR block I’ve went to. I agree with another review I noticed on this location. They make you feel like you have to get your taxes done here. Be cautious before you hand over your information.

John was a great guy to work with and the staff were flexible for me to cancel twice and reschedule until my last W2 came in. John stayed an hour later with me the first visit to try and figure out why my tax return was not complete yet, and we met up again the following Monday and everything was ready to go. John is very experienced and joyful to be around treats you like a human being not just a client. Would recommend him to anybody who wants their taxes done right because he is very detailed to get everything accurate.

Marry K is an excellent representative for your company at the Liberal office. She’s always so knowledgeable and she gets the job done in little time. She is very personable and knows her stuff.
