Arkalon Park

Great place to stay. There are trees, green grass and concrete pads for a very reasonable cost. The campground host was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

The campground managers were fantastic working with me as I came in after dark. Not sure why there were previous low reviews simply because other campers came to the office when the office was closed between 12 and 4. I felt extremely safe, and it was great news to find out there was free WI fi as my cell signal was very low. I only wish I had more time to explore the area before I had to leave the next morning. Fantastic playground for kids! The bathrooms and showers were very clean.

We stayed at Arkalon Park in Liberal Ks. It’s very well kept and the ladies who are the hosts are fantastic. Going that extra mile! Willing to help out any way they can. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Liberal, KS. Very scenic setting & quiet. We would have loved to stay at - but our fifth wheel WAS TOO BIG at 44’ plus our truck. Bummer since we had told the camp host on the phone of such detail. City park just outside of Liberal - reasonable at $20 night with 50 amp electric & water. Camp host was very friendly when we arrived. What they are indicating is a pull-thru site we could not have maneuvered - too many tree limbs in the way to make the turn to go out. Only one way in and one way out. NOTE: has very long, rough gravel road to get back to the actual rv park which is a bit of a trek off the main rd. Decided to stay down the road to avoid damage to our camper....bummer we had to regroup so late.

No cell or internet service of any kind. The showers had a push button with no choice of temperature. There was only one other motorhome in the whole place. Do not stay here!
