I wasnt really sure where to get my taxes done and wasnt too excited about the idea of having them done behind a curtain at walmart. But a friend if mine recommended a woman named katie at the north walmart. Couldnt stop talking about how helpful and understanding she was. So i went down there, and was ACTUALLY lucky enough to have been there when the woman she named, was on shift. I reluctantly handed over my stack of jarbled papers and was not dissapointed. Katie smiled at my mess of papers, was polite, helpful and made my overall experience a breathe of fresh air from what im used to! I left thar jackson hewitt curtain walmart boothe certain i know where ill always be going for my taxes from now on. (As long as i continue to see katie or an employee of equal stature) Thank you katie for the confidence i now have in knowing my taxes are being done the best they can be and for putting up with me and my mess of papers!!
