Your site says you go on break from 11am-12pm. But when I got there you were closed with a sign that says 1230pm-130pm. Are you telling me a government funded facility can't afford to hire people with some semblance of a brain? How hard is it to update your hours of operation? I just wasted half an hour driving up here. Also, you have no local phone number? Ridiculous. You literally have no way for people in the capital of North Dakota to get a hold of a place thousands of people go to every year, you haven't updated your hours of operation in years. What are you people doing?

They were not open hours as posted on website! Please update. Very frustrating to waste time driving there and to wait for the office to open. Almost 1pm and still no one there.
