Steven Hoffman, greeted me at the door, very non pressuring, willing to help me with my dream car the Jaguar they had on their lot. He made my whole experience easy and painless along with Ed. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my needs. They definitely helped put this dream in my driveway.
