Under promise and over deliver! Its a great motto. When we got here for a simple oil change, there were a few cars ahead of us. We were helped by a couple of very nice gentlemen. They told us it would be 30 to 45 minutes. We were out within 20 minutes. They were kind to my toddler and a great help!

Only for Gus. He explained so much and was really nice and considerate!!! Thank you for everything. Honda screwed my dad over but you and Mikey (last visit) made dealing with honda more pleasant.

We went to Findlay Toyota, to look at the Corolla. No problems! We drove down the road to compare the Honda civic at Findlay Honda and the woman in the outside lot told me I needed to put on my mask. I said I would put it on inside and she rudely informed me it is Findlays policy! Well, it's not since I just left Findlay Toyota and had no problem. I informed the rude woman of my claustrophobia and panic attacks (PTSD) and that the governor allows waiver for medical reasons. I was going to put it on inside, but NOPE, she wanted me to put that mask on in the parking lot(black pavement) in 114 degree weather! My husband spoke to manager there and he couldn't care less about my health issue. He informed my husband it is Findlays policy. It's not! We were going to buy the Toyota, but now that Findlay was so nasty, we have gone back to Subaru and we are going to buy our car there. No harassment at Findlay Toyota, or Subaru, but due to the terrible treatment at a Findlay car dealer, I can't bring myself to buy a Findlay Car. Long story longer, I usually leave good reviews, because everyone is usually friendly, but this lady was horrible! Not to mention, there wasn't another person in the parking lot at the time we were there. Very disappointed!

I have always had GREAT service experiences at Honda Express. Fast, friendly, and the waiting area is PERFECT to either read or get some work done. They have coffee, refreshments and wi-fi at this location.
