Trent is a nice guy but unfortunately unprofessional in sales and negotiation. Mercedes C300 2008.

Blake helped us. He was very nice, and helpful. No complaints about him at all. Service center left our battery dead, partially unplugged and then we were offered to buy a battery for over $300. We tested the battery elsewhere and the reading were good. This is after spending over $1500. Edit after response from Manager: There's no way leaving a battery dead in a car, with the wires loose is consistent with Mercedes Benz standards. The least that could have been done would be to ensure upon picking my car up it actually started, and I wasn't sent away to buy another battery I did NOT need.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a MB or a used car on their lot. Ricky helped me purchase my dream car. His approach and helpfulness was unlike any other dealership I visited while car shopping. Buying a car is a painful process, but this dealership works their hardest to make you happy. Go see Ricky! You won’t be disappointed.
