Food was made fast but the pizza was burned. Ordered a hamburger with ham and the ham was just crispy burned
My team and I were not welcomed. We arrived at 1pm. Waitress didn’t bother to offer us nothing to drink, nor came to our tables. She walked passed us countless times, and didn’t even acknowledge us. I noticed when we finally were able to place our order, one of the guys just walked back to the kitchen shaking his head in frustration. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Pizza Hut should reprimand these employees. Completely unprofessional! Pizza Hut in Ulysses Kansas is a JOKE!nnP.S: Pizza Hut was not busy at all. There were two other tables with guests, also Pizza Hut does not honor refills. Where’s the manager? This place is a complete disaster. Why do all four employees just hide in the kitchen?
Had an amazing experience, my waitress Ada was perfect and super polite every thing came out the way it was ordered and my cup was always filled great job from the kitchen staff
Good pizza and great staff
So this was a nightmare. It took almost an hour to get our food. They served the kids last and our meal came out at different times. The pasta dishes came out in a tin on a hot plate. Didn't even look appetizing. Had to get waitress attention for refills. No silverware provided at time of food arrival. We were the only customers in there. There was another woman with two kids and the brought in Sonic drinks and she kept going in the back. We had to go in the back to ask for a Togo box as nobody was in front of house. The lights in men's room was out. I am very NOT impressed. I really don't even think they deserve one star.
