My sensor light engine came on from the DEF problems. And I came here to I State truck Center and they were very professional & helpful. And they fixed the problem. Thanks to Jesse Seibel.
Been here a few times, I run a dedicated run that delivers just up the road about 2 miles from this shop. Harsh Winters and construction summers crack glass and break things, oh after treatment systems are a joke. This shop has always done their best to work me into a very tight and well booked service schedule. Thank you guys so much! I pass by 5 freightliners everyday on my run going east or west depending and I always hope and pray if something goes wrong, I can get to I-State in Bismarck haha.
Over 10k spendt on repairs and at least a normal electrical work they could do.
They squeezed me in when they were backed up. They found the problem fast and fixed on the spot. Nice experience with service MGM.
I had my truck broke down at this location and it was in service for a exactly a month under warranty they said they don’t have some of the parts and this was the reason it took so long other than that I think everything was ok
