Every time I go it is a great experience. Everyone is so nice and honest. I never feel like I've been taken advantage of because I'm a girl and don't know anything about cars. There have been times they could have taken my money and they don't! Which I truly appreciate.

Charged way too much for labor.

My check engine light came on last week so I went to Henderson Chevrolet to have them read the code. They told me it was a glow plug for my Duramax. They advised me that it wasn't necessary that I replaced it but I should replace it to ensure the proper mechanics of the vehicle. My service technician Ray the bald guy Beauchamp was awesome and got it handled immediately. Before I knew it the vehicle was done and I was paying at the cashier. Great service great experience
