Asked to have a diagnostic test ran.. Waited 20 minutes and then said it would be $68.nI have never paid for a diagnostic test at a Napa, O’Reilly or AutoZone!nTold me to go to Auto Zone if I didn’t want to pay and walked off.nHeaded to OReilly down the road. Where it is FREE.

Justin was extremely helpful in towing my car after a breakdown on I 70. I could not have asked for better assistance in a jam on a road trip.

While traveling I-70 cross Kansas, the roof of our rv decided to peel up and flap in the wind, so we stopped at exit 93 Sinclair station for help. They only sell gas, the office was closed but the repair bays were open. No one offered assistance except to tell us to not block the driveway. After trying to get roadside assistance to no avail, my husband went into the garage and asked if anyone could help him secure the roof. No, everyone s at lunch but there's a Napa AAA garage right down the street. So, we went there, and one very nice Napa man named Justincame out, climbed onto the roof with tie-down straps and secured the roof. One in a million.

We broke down on the side of the road and they were the only shop open. I called to confirm they were still in the shop and the gentleman informed me he was walking out the door for the day. When I told him we broke down he waited for us to drive down. He repaired our tire even though it was late. Wonderful customer service and a genuinely nice little town shop!!

I stoped there with engine electrical problems ... It was made clear to me that everyone was assigned a tasked .so this in it self don't upset me , the fact that no one would look at the vehicle to determine what was wrong instead I was told by a young man that is eather the manager or owner I don't know I was just told he was in charge...he never took a look at the vehicle , just made shure to let me know he had one to get done and he was gone the next day. Hay for a person that has problems with a vehicle while traveling they don't want this B.S. as a person that's been a mechanic for over 45 years...with education and experience.nyour shop did not seem professional to me ,it lacked a service desk and service righter to address customers needs . I hope you don't treat every one like that.good luck with your shop sir or mam.
