The service team is amazing!! I was in and out for my oil change and they even helped me schedule an appointment for new tires. Dominique and Chrishawn did an excellent job of following up with me making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my SUV. Chrysler-Jeep dealer at 930 Auto Show Drive Henderson is Awesome. First time for the annual Multi-Point Inspection; got in the Express Lane early, waited 10 minutes in vehicle and waited not long in the Lounge. Service Rep told me 'all was/is good'. Two weeks later my tire kept losing air. I waited in Express Lane again and then the Lounge. It was a 'nail'. They took care of the issue. I left as a Happy Camper. I browsed the new vehicles in the showroom and outside during my wait.

Awesome experience and super friendly staff. I was able to walk away with the car I wanted.
