Definitely the quality of the shakes and food are much better are better at the West location than the East location.nnAlthough it can be somewhat of a wait to get your food, seems like moreover the overall service is much better at this West location.nnFor instance if I order a strawberry shake at the West location, everything is mixed. If you buy at East location, mostly unmixed, ice cream heavy on top, and all the strawberry mix at the very bottom of the cup.nnCherry limeades are much better at the West location too. Actual cherries and limes in the soda mix, with actual limeade mix. East sodas are pretty weak.

Really good food and grate severviecs and good icecream.

We waited at a stall for over 15 minutes before we asked a random employee leaving work if they were open. He told us the stalls weren’t running. No had told us for over 15 minutes. We went to the drive thru to order and they had just closed the grill down 5 min prior so our kids didn’t get what they wanted. Had we been told that they weren’t using the stalls either by sign or message, they could have. Staff was rude, especially tatanya saying “I can’t believe you didn’t figure it out” that implies that she saw us or heard us trying to ring in. What business closes their grill (which is how they make most of their food) 45 minutes before they close? Worst sonic experience I have ever had.

Kewan was our server again today. Kewan is a great kid with a great sense of humor!

They got the order right and the food was good, the service was really slow.
