I had the pleasure of working with Lucky! Made it easy and fairly quick. I was done and driving off the lot with a new car in 2 hours. Now that’s service! Thank you Lucky, I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

My review is for the service department. Joe is amazing! Takes the time to go over the details. Always a pleasure to talk to and get the job done fast! I bought my car at another location in town but will continue coming here to get my car serviced because of Joe. Definitely make your appointment with him!

The service I received from Towbin Kia for my 2020 Kia Soul was wonderful. There was a software update to my transmission needed and it has improved the operation have the transmission tremendously. Everything else was standard and done very efficiently and in a timely manner. I'm very pleased.

Love my Kia! Been going there since 2014. Purchased 2 cars so far. Great deals w used cars, my last one is new. Best they have is their service crew, they are always busy and efficient. They know you and they are ready for you when you arrive. I'd like for the owner to save some money and trees by using less paper. It seems silly but there is unnecessary paperwork to fill out that always end up in the trash.

I have been frustrated that the service department NEVER returns messages left on their voicemail. About half of the time I'm taking my car there (which unfortunately is a lot) they don't fix all of the problem. For example, I pick up my car after they had it for 3 months due to an accident only to find my side mirrors motor didn't work and there was a crack on the windshield. Why wasn't all that fixed in the 3 months they had it? Recently they had it for 4 days, and 2 days after I got home the same light came on my dash. I can't seem to schedule a time to get it for them to properly fix it because they won't return my messages. -growl- I miss Myron! He always took such great care of me and my car and Always called me back. I don't know if it's a game they play to get you back in for more work or if they just don't care or are incompetent. I've been quite frustrated with my used Kia purchase and having to take it to the dealership SO often. I will be getting a different car very soon I think.
