Burger King

Just ordered a whopper meal with cheese, nothing crazy or special just simple whopper meal. Got it home and it had no lettuce, or cheese, a little tiny slice of tomato and one pickle. Had to put my own cheese and toppings on it. Fries are always soggy and they won’t make them fresh if you ask nicely. Every time I go it’s always something.

My family went through the drive through today for food, they barley put anything on my burgers I ordered. The sandwiches were thrown together and the food was completely cold and we were missing food. I tried calling the store and no answer. Very disappointed in the customer service given today.

I’d rate this -10 if I could. This location not only smells like burning corpses, their food is consistently cold as well. How did they hire employees so incompetent they get every order wrong, every single time that’s the only accomplishment they’ve achieved. I’m pretty sure pushing a button and identifying ingredients doesn’t take a genius, thanks.

Girls at the window are always rude!! Terrible serves! She made me go around for ranch! If I could rate them a zero I would! They need to get trained better!!! Worst serves I have ever had anywhere period!

Very rude, I placed an order at the drive thru and I had a coupon. When I came to the window and told them I had a coupon they said I had to tell them at the speaker. I didn’t know that and I asked if they could just cancel my order so I could add the coupon. The cashier that took my order was nice about it but her manager was not nice at all. He rudely told me “you have to tell us before”. Normally I would have just let it be but he was just rude about it. There was no line behind me so I didn’t understand why they couldn’t just add the coupon. I paid and left. When I got home the chicken nuggets were cold and I was missing part of it. I ordered 40 pieces so that me and my friends could have 10 each but when I got back their were only 30 pieces. The food was also cold I live only down the street from the restaurant, so I didn’t understand how the food could have cooled down that fast unless the food had been sitting there. Will not be coming back because of the rude manager
