Pad kee Mao aka Drunken noodles. I ordered spicy level 4 (1-5 level range), was told it would be too hot. Most people order level 3. So I lowered it to the recommendation. I usually make the assumption that Thai places are catering to Americans that can't handle the spice. This place was no joke. Spicy level 3 equated to what I'm used to being a level 10. I would have maybe enjoyed it a little better at a level 2 because it was so damn hot but either way I was definitely impressed with the heat and flavor. Delicious and I was quite surprised to be surprised in a good way in no man's land Kansas.

This little joint in Garden City serves up some great Thai food that will have you feeling warm and blessed.

The food is always excellent. The staff are so friendly and professional.
