BMW of Henderson

My experience at this dealership was very good. Our sales person was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure we had an answer to all of our questions. When it came to the deal he also did his best to get us a deal that was close to our budget. I was pleasantly surprised that at no point I felt pushed for the sale, like I am used with other dealerships. I will definitely buy again with this dealership and sales person.

Joe is absolutely amazing! He makes sure all of my questions and concerns are answered and issues taken care of before I leave. His knowledge and expertise on the service and care the vehicles need is far beyond what I would expect. The process to drop off and pick up is normally something I hate waiting for. Joe make is very painless and easy!

BMW Henderson was a pleasant experience to have my car checked for service and maintenance. Chris Fox was my maintenance service advisor during the visit while my vehicle was being serviced. Chris kept me in the loop on the status of my car per emails and phone messages. Christ did an amazing job! When visiting Lake Havasu, my car was due for oil change and I couldn't find any BMW service centers near Arizona. The closest was BMW of Henderson. I was being taken care of by the most professional team ever from the moment I entered the parking lot, all the way out the door. I'm truly thankful for the service and don't know what I'd do without them. Thank you so much for making sure my car was safe to drive to LA.
