Great experience! Got the car we wanted and drove away the same day. The Store Manager, Lloyd was great as well and so was our salesman Xavier. Thank you for a great experience. We love our 2020 Dodge Challenger. Number 31 of 70 made.

My 2017 Ram 1500 has always received on time maintenance, however, since I’ve bought the truck, the fuel pump has broken twice with only 36000 miles and none of them from towing. I’m more then disappointed with the brand I purchased. They’re the cheapest in town, but their quality is also the worst. More so, my truck has spent 7 days the service department now, with no signs of being done anytime soon, over a fuel pump. I feel as if they have not given me updates on my vehicle and I have to call constantly to know what’s going on with my truck, which is still under warranty . Danny has been a good service provider but they definitely have issues they need to resolve. I will say this overall experience has put a bad enough taste in my mouth to never want to buy a Ram or Chrysler vehicle again. I gave a two star instead of one because overall, the costumer service from the service department has been good.

Giovanni & Dominic Helped my husband & I in the process of buying our beautiful new Dodge Challenger. I have to say that Giovanni had so much patience with my husband and I as he helped us through the entire process. He never tired of our endless questions and the endless trips that we sent him back-and-forth to speak with his supervisor. We have nothing positive to say about the entire transaction from the beginning to two weeks later as I came to the establishment to visit with him so that he can show me all the features since I was in Oklahoma when my husband picked up the car. Towbin Dodge is very blessed to have Giovanni as an employee as he is a true asset to this company. We were so pleased with the transaction that we sent our son, Martin Green and he purchased a Dodge Challenger here as well. I look forward to sending Gio many more customers in the future.

Super disappointed! My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Tobin and overall have been pleased with our previous dealings with them. Took my Journey in for warranty work and when I recieved the vehicle back, noticed the trim was broken when they dismantled the door. Both my husband and I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Mia has been very nice each time we have spoken with her. However she is not the manager and unable to assist us. She spoke with one manager Jack who told her to have us text him. We've done so on multiple occasions with zero response. Called back and spoke with Mia again and this time she advised another manager Edgar was going to call us when he returned from lunch. It has been four days and no call, seems like an excessively long lunch! Overall It has been 3 weeks that we have yet to receive help of any kind. We will no longer be return customers of Tobin. There are other Dodge dealerships that I'm sure would appreciate new business.

--Update 10/25/20-- It's been five days since emailing Angelica after she commented below. I explained my situation and they decided to not even acknowledge and ignore me. Just goes to show once they have your money, they don't care about customer service. Buyer beware, go to any other car lot. I will definitely be advising all my friends looking for vehicles to steer clear of this place. "Customer care?" What a joke. Horrible and shady business. They sold me a car that after only driving it 5000 miles in 4 months already started breaking down. They wouldn't work on it, wouldn't take it in without giving a low-ball trade in offer, and just overall set me back thousands of dollars and am now stuck with piece of junk vehicle for the next 5 years. Never trust this dealership, their prices are low for a reason. Their stock is all garbage.
