My girlfriend ended up getting her new CX30 here. This is one of the better dealerships in town. Chris was our salesman and he was amazing. We originally went in to look at the CX3 but she kept looking at the CX30 and Chris was able to tell us the difference between both. He wasn't very pushy at all and he let us look at the cars and decide for our selves. We asked for his business card and let him know we will reach out to him once we were ready. After checking the other Mazda dealerships in town, we realized that none came close to the level of quality customer service that Chris and the Findlay Mazda team gave. Chris always replied almost immediately to any questions we had and always made sure that we were getting the best deal.. Mark in finance was wonderful as well. He was very friendly and wasn't pushy at all.. All in all, if you're looking for a new or used car, make sure to drop by this dealership and talk to Chris! Tell him what features you were looking for and he'd be able to find one that fits your needs or one close to it! Even if you're just shopping around at different dealerships, be sure to drop by and see how you're supposed to be treated and see how they don't pressure you into a sale and let you take your time and be comfortable.. I had some maintenance issues on my aging car (that I loved, but that didn't love me back), and the cost to repair those issues became too much, so I was abruptly in the market for a new vehicle. I went to the website to browse, and found a 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 that I wanted to check out. I got to the lot at shortly after 8am on September 11, 2020 and test drove the GLA. I worked with Garth Wall, and could not ask for more from a Sales Professional. He was absolutely amazing to work with!! I felt absolutely NO pressure to make a decision. So happy with this dealership. My fender had ripped off and they said that if I had brought in the damaged piece it would've been covered under the warranty, but because they wanted to keep my business they fixed it for free. This definitely makes me WANT to come back!
