Great place to work out or just walk on. It's the only indoor walking track in Garden and it's a nice one too. Anyone over 80 can just come here for free and enjoy the place and walking track undisturbed. Open Mon-Fri 5am-10pm, Saturday 7am-6pm, and Sunday 1pm-6pm. It's a great new addition to the YMCA and it has new things you can do. My personal favorite is pickleball, which is like ping pong but human size with a different kind of ball. It's so much fun. If tennis and volleyball combined with ping pong you'd have this game. Plus, the facilities here are so clean. It's an experience.
