As a new Henderson resident, I wanted to drop a few lines about my positive experience at this dealership. I am in the process of assuming the lease on my brothers 2018 Fusion Hybrid and needed to bring it in for a minor warranty issue as well as the scheduled oil change. From being greeted at the service department by Alisha (?) to the scheduling ladies to the receptionist at the sales floor to Angel in Service who assisted me with the actual service the next day and later with Ryan from Finance who assisted me with an extended warranty, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my feel appreciated and welcome at your dealership.

Wouldn’t buy a truck anywhere else.

Went on Sunday to avoid the sales pitch. Looking for a new truck, not much selection.

My wife and I visited multiple car dealers over several days looking for that perfect car. I typically do not leave reviews unless someone really dazzles me which is rare. So, my review is about a sales person at Ford Country in Henderson Nevada and her name is Rebecca Sandlin. Now bear in mind we ended up buying a BMW, different car dealer, but I was completely blown away with this Gracious lady. What struck me most was her professionalism and product knowledge which was refreshing after talking with so many. Rebecca stands as a real example for the rest in her profession to follow. Should you want to purchase a Ford vehicle and have a good buying experience as well, ask for Rebecca Sandlin.

Took my car at Ford Country Quick Lane for transmission and coolant flush today. The moment I arrived, Enrique M (Advisor) made the whole experience seamless. Enrique & Victor(Manager) were very professional, knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions and concerns of flushing process. Josh (Technician) did both jobs in a very reasonable time and very pleased on his efficiency and carefulness with my vehicle. Overall my experience was outstanding and definitely will return in the future.
